Construction Phase Services
Our broad construction phase services include written agreements, construction administration, construction supervision, and project close-out. In today's construction environment, filled with complex series of relationships and the pressures of profitability, the need for written agreements cannot be underestimated.
We will assist in the preparation of written agreements and general conditions for all prime contractors so that every party understands its responsibilities.
Construction Administration services include management of the schedule and budget, coordination of the work sequence, documentation control such as monthly payment applications, meeting minutes, general correspondence, change orders, and independent testing.
We also provide on-site supervision at the project site.
Project Close-Out includes monitoring of required documentation, guarantees, warrantees, commissioning, operations manuals, equipment start-up, certifications, punch list generation and completion.
